Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is via Pass the Parcel courier service and offer delivery to:
- Rural addresses and
- Business addresses and
- Home addresses
- PO Box addresses please - please add a further 2-4 days to delivery time as we use NZ Couriers
For deliveries to Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Islands we use Courier Post so please add on 1-2 days to times below as I need to drop parcels off at the local courier centre.
Delivery times: (are from when the item is picked up from the courier, not when you receive your Shipping confirmation email and not from your order date):
- 3 to 7 working days between major cities
- 3 to 10 working days for Rural deliveries (can take longer)

AUSTRALIA: Shipping & Returns
- Sorry tracking is currently NOT included
- Deliveries to Australia can take between 5-10 working days. Rural can take longer
- Returns - Please email sportsbra@sportsbra.co.nz with your order number. We will respond to you within 1 business day with the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process the return once it’s received. We will refund the price of the item. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5 working days for your credit to appear on your statement.
